Abstract
Lokasi penelitian terletak di Dusun Sumber, Desa Candirejo, Kecamatan Semin,
Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan luas sekitar 2,225 Ha.
Secara astronomi daerah penelitian terletak pada koordinat UTM 9132700 – 9133300
BT dan 473500 – 474200 LS. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menentukan kesesuaian
lahan pada permukiman sesuai dengan jenis gerakan tanah dan memberi arahan
pengelolaan yang tepat untuk pembangunan permukiman pada daerah rawan gerakan
tanah.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei dan pemetaan, metode
overlay, dan metode kuantitatif-empiris. Penelitian yang dilakukan melalui tahap
persiapan, tahap kerja lapangan, tahap analisis dan evaluasi, dan tahap penyusunan
hasil laporan. Tahap analisis dan evaluasi dilakukan dengan 2 (dua) tahap, yaitu
tahap analisis gerakan tanah dan tahap analisis daya dukung lahan untuk
permukiman.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dalam analisis kerentanan gerakan tanah, kelas
kerentanan gerakan tanah di daerah penelitian terdiri dari kelas kerentanan gerakan
tanah rendah dengan luas 0,289 Ha, kelas kerentanan gerakan tanah sedang dengan
luas 0,866 Ha , dan kelas kerentanan gerakan tanah tinggi dengan luas 1,070 Ha.
Jenis gerakan tanah yang terdapat di daerah penelitian ada dua yaitu rayapan dan
debris flow. Sedangkan, untuk hasil analisis daya dukung lahan untuk permukiman,
kelas daya dukung terdiri dari zona daya dukung lahan sesuai untuk permukiman
dengan luas 0,503 Ha, zona daya dukung lahan sesuai marginal untuk permukiman
dengan luas 0,741 Ha, zona daya dukung lahan tidak sesuai untuk permukiman
dengan luas 0,980 Ha dari total luas daerah penelitian.

The location was located in the Sumber sub-village, Candirejo Village, Semin
District, Gunungkidul regency, and Yogyakarta special region with an area of about
2,225 Ha. In astronomical research area is at coordinates UTM 9132700-9133300 BT
and 473500 – 474200 LS. The research aims to determine the suitability of the land
in the settlements in accordance with the type of ground motion and give the
appropriate management direction for the development of settlements in areas prone
to ground motion.
Research methods used that method of survey and mapping, overlay method, and
empirical-quantitative methods. Research conducted through the preparation phase,
the phase of fieldwork, analysis and evaluation stage, and the stage of the preparation
of the report. Stages of analysis and evaluation is done by 2 (two) stage, namely the
stage analysis of ground motion and phase analysis of power carrying capacity of
land for settlements.
Based on the results of research in the analysis of the vulnerability of ground motion,
class vulnerability of ground motion in the area of research consists of class
vulnerabilities low ground motion with an area of 0,289 Ha, ground motions are
vulnerability class with extensive 0,866 Ha, and vulnerability grade high ground
motion with an area of 1,070 Ha. Types of ground motion in two research areas
namely creep and debris flow.
Whereas, in order to power analysis results support the land for settlements, class
power support consists of power support zone land suitable for settlement with broad
0,503 Ha, power support zone land according to marginal neighborhoods with an
area of 0,741 Ha, power support zone land not suitable for settlements with a total
area of 0,980 Ha area of research.
