Abstract
PENGARUH PEMBERIAN JENIS PUPUK TERHADAP
PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN PAKCOY (Brassica rapa L.)

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jenis pupuk dan
menentukan pupuk manakah yang terbaik pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman
pakcoy. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2021 sampai dengan Mei 2021 di
kebun Praktek Wedomartani Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Pembagunan Nasional
“Veteran” Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode percobaan lingkungan di
rumah kaca dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) satu faktor yaitu
pemberian jenis pupuk yaitu P1 (Pupuk kandang ayam 20 ton/ha), P2 (Pupuk kandang
ayam 25 ton/ha), P3 (Pupuk kandang ayam 30 ton/ha), P4 (Pupuk kandang kambing
20 ton/ha), P5 (Pupuk kandang kambing 25 ton/ha), P6 (Pupuk kandang kambing 30
ton/ha) dan P7 (Pupuk NPK 300 kg/ha). Data dianalisis keragamannya menggunakan
ANOVA pada taraf 5% dan diuji lanjut dengan menggunakan uji Duncan’s Multiple
Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian
jenis pupuk P2 (Pupuk kandang ayam 25 ton/ha) menunjukkan rerata hasil yang paling
baik pada jumlah daun, tinggi tanaman, bobot segar, bobot kering, panjang akar dan
volume akar.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of giving the type of fertilizer and determine
which fertilizer is the best on the growth and yield of pakcoy plants. This research was
conducted from April 2021 to May 2021 at the Wedomartani Practical Garden, Faculty
of Agriculture, National Development University "Veteran" Yogyakarta. This study
used an environmental experimental method in a greenhouse using a completely
randomized design (CRD) with one factor, namely the provision of fertilizers, namely
P1 (Chicken manure 20 tons/ha), P2 (Chicken manure 25 tons/ha), P3 (Chiken manure
30 tons/ha), P4 (goat manure 20 tons/ha), P5 (goat manure 25 tons/ha), P6 (goat manure
30 tons/ha) and P7 (300 kg/ha NPK fertilizer). The data were analyzed for diversity
using ANOVA at the 5% level and further tested using Duncan's Multiple Range Test
(DMRT) at the 5% level. The results showed that the application of P2 fertilizer
(chicken manure 25 tons/ha) showed the best average yield on the number of leaves,
plant height, fresh weight, dry weight, root length and root volume.
