RINGKASAN
PT. Gunung Mas Putra adalah sebuah perusahaan pertambangan batu
basalt yang berlokasi di Desa Pengadegan, Kecamatan Wangon, Kabupaten
Banyumas, Jawa Tengah. Penambangan menggunakan sistem tambang terbuka
dengan metode kuari. PT. Gunung Mas Putra mempunyai total cadangan terukur
batu basalt sebesar ± 1.719.375 BCM. Pada area IUP Operasi Produksi seluas
20Ha, dengan masa izin operasi selama 5 tahun. Tetapi PT. Gunung Mas Putra
belum mempunyai rancangan teknis penambangan selama 5 tahun dengan target
produksi sebesar 105.000 BCM untuk tahun pertama hingga tahun kelima, maka
perlu dibuat rancangan teknis penambangannya.
Penambangan dimulai dari elevasi 150 mdpl sampai dengan 90 mdpl
dengan metode Side Hill Quarry Type. Geometri jenjang pengaman tunggal
dirancang dengan tinggi 5 m, lebar jenjang 4 m, dengan kemiringan 45o sehingga
menghasilkan tinggi jenjang keseluruhan 60 m dengan kemiringan jenjang
keseluruhan 31o. Dimensi jalan angkut dibuat dengan lebar pada jalan lurus 7 m,
pada tikungan 9,7 m, kemiringan jalan (grade) 10%. Superelevasi sebesar 0,39 m
dengan cross slope sebesar 0,14 m.
Adapun peralatan mekanis yang digunakan adalah alat bongkar Hydraulic
Rockbreaker Caterpillar H120GCS sebanyak 6 unit, alat muat Hydraulic
Excavator Kobelco SK200 sebanyak 5 unit, dan alat angkut Dump Truck
Mitsubishi FE SHDX 136 PS sebanyak 12 unit selama lima tahun.vi
SUMMARY
PT. Gunung Mas Putra is a basalt stone mining company which located in
Pengadegan Village, Wangon District, Kebumen Regency, Central Java. Mining
process uses a surface mining system with the quarry method. PT. Gunung Mas
Putra has a total measured reserves of basalt stone in mount of ± 1,719,375 BCM
in the Production and Operation IUP area of 20 Ha, with an operating permission
period of 5 years. However PT. Gunung Mas Putra has not had a mining technical
design for five years with a production target of 105,000 BCM for the first year to
five year, so a mining technical design needs to be made.
Mining process starts from 150 m above sea level up to 90 m above sea
level by using Side Hill Quarry Type method. Single safety bench geometri is
designed with a height of 5 m, width 4 m, and face angle of 45o so that it produces
an overall height of 60 m with an overall slope angle of 31o. The dimension of the
haul road are made with a width on a straight road of 7 m, and at bend of 9.7 m,
while the percentage of road slope (grade) is 10%. The superelevation is designed
of 0.39 cm with a cross slope of 0.14 cm.
The mechanical tools used is 6 units Caterpillar H120GCS Hydraulic
Rockbreakers, 5 units Kobelco SK200 Hydraulic Excavators, and 12 units
Mitsubishi FE SHDX 136 PS Dump Trucks for five years.
