Intisari:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis pengaruh PDRB terhadap indeks
pembangunan manusia, (2) menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap
indeks pembangunan manusia, dan (3) menganalisis pengaruh tingkat
pengangguran terbuka terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia di Kabupaten/Kota
di Provinsi Maluku Utara pada Tahun 2014-2019. Penelitian ini merupakan
penelitian dekriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Penelitian ini yang
merupakan gabungan dari data panel tahun 2014-2019 dan cross section 10
kabupaten/kota di provinsi Maluku Utara. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah
regresi data panel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut diketahui bahwa variabel
PDRB dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap indeks
pembangunan manusia sedangkan tingkat pengangguran terbuka berpengaruh
negatif dan signifikan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia.

Abstract:
This study aims to : (1) analyze the effect of PDRB on the human development
index, (2) analyze the effect of education level on the human development index,
and (3) analyze the effect of the open unemployment rate on the human
development index in districts/cities in Nourt Maluku Province 2014-2019. This
research is quantitative descriptive research. The data used in this study is
secondary data obtained from the central Statistics Agency. This research is a
combination of panel data in the from 2014-2019 and a cross section of 10
districts/cities in North Maluku province. The analytical tool used is panel data
regression. Based on the results of this study, it is know that the PDRB variabel
and the level of education have a positive and significant effect on the human
development index, while open unemployment rate has a negative and significant
effect on the human development index.
