Abstract

RINGKASAN
PT. Nuasacipta Coal Investment merupakan selaku pemegang Perjanjian
Karya Perusahaan Pertambangan Batubara atau PKP2B di Samarinda , Prov.
Kalimantan Timur. Pada kegiatan pertambangan, salah satu hal yang perlu
diperhatikan ialah pembongkaran overburden pada pit penambangan.
Masalah yang dihadapi saat ini adalah belum tercapainya produksi alat muat
dan alat angkut untuk pengupasan overburden pada pit melon D sebesar 180
BCM/jam. Beberapa factor yang mempengaruhi belum tercapainya produksi alat
muat dan alat angkut pada pengupasan overburden adalah cycle time alat muat dan
alat angkut juga waktu efektif yang berlaku. Berdasarkan pengamatan kondisi kerja
aktual, faktor yang menyebabkan belum tercapainya produksi seperti kurangnya
efisiensi jam kerja, waktu edar dari alat muat dan alat angkut dan kondisi jalan.
Metode evaluasi yang dilakukan yaitu dengan cara menghitung waktu edar
alat muat kobelko SK 480 LC dan alat angkut articulated dumptruck Volvo A40F
juga waktu kerja efaktif. Untuk alat muat kobelko SK 480 LC mempunyai waktu
edar selama 0,38 menit dalam sekali pemuatan overburden. Untuk alat angkut
articulater dumptruck Volvo A40F mempunyai waktu edar 5,52 menit dalam sekali
pengangkutan overburden ke dumping area. Kondisi jalan lurus mempunyai lebar
rata-rata sebesar 7 meter, tikungan mempunya lebar rata-rata 20 meter. Produksi
alat muat kobelko SK480 LC sebesar 158,99 BCM/jam dan alat angkut articulated
dumptruck Volvo A40F sebesar 162,96 BCM/jam, dimana ini belum memenuhi
targer produksi overburden 180 BCM/jam.
Setelah di lakukannya analisis, produksi alat muat kobelko SK 480 LC
sebesar 158,99 BCM/jam menjadi 189,14 BCM/jam dengan perbaikan waktu edar
juga waktu kerja efektif. Alat angkut articulated Volvo A40F yang sebelumnya
mempunyai produksi 162,96 BCM/jam menjadi 181,50 BCM/jam dengan
perbaikan waktu edar juga waktu kerja efektif. Sehingga produksi alat muat dan
alat angkut dapat terpenuhi sebesar 180 BCM/jam pada bulan Novermber.ABSTRACT
PT. Nuasacipta Coal Investment is the holder of a Coal Mining Company
Work Agreement or PKP2B in Samarinda, Prov. East Kalimantan. In mining
activities, one thing that needs to be considered is the dismantling of the overburden
in the mining pit.
The problem currently being faced is that the production of loading
equipment and transportation equipment for overburden stripping in pit melon D
has not been achieved by 180 BCM/hour. Several factors that influence the
unachieved production of loading equipment and transportation equipment in
overburden stripping are cycle time of loading equipment and conveyance and haul
road conditions. Based on the observation of actual working conditions, the factors
that cause production not to be achieved are the lack of efficiency in working hours,
the circulation time of loading and conveying equipment, and road conditions.
The evaluation method was carried out by calculating the circulation time
of the SK 480 LC Kobelco loading tool and the Volvo A40F articulated dump truck
against road conditions in pit melon D. For the SK 480 LC Kobelco loading tool,
has a circulation time of 0.38 minutes in one single loading of overburden. . The
Volvo A40F dump truck articulated conveyance has a circulation time of 5.52
minutes in one single transport of overburden to the dumping area. Straight road
conditions have an average width of 7 meters, bends have an average width of 20
meters. Production of Kobelco SK480 LC loading equipment is 158.99 BCM/hour
and Volvo A40F articulated dump truck is 162.96 BCM/hour, which has not met
the overburden production target of 180 BCM/hour.
After the analysis was carried out, the production of Kobelco SK 480 LC
loading equipment was 158.99 BCM/hour to 189.14 BCM/hour with improvement
in circulation time as well as effective working time. The Volvo A40F articulated
conveyance which previously had a production of 162.96 BCM/hour became
181.50 BCM/hour with improved circulation times as well as effective working
time. So that the production of loading equipment and transportation equipment
can be fulfilled by 180 BCM/hour in November.
