ABSTRACK
This study aims to: (1) analyze the effect of PDRB on the Open Unemployment
Rate in DKI Jakarta in 2010-2019, (2) analyze the effect of the Provincial
Minimum Wage (UMP) on the Open Unemployment Rate in DKI Jakarta in 2010-
2019, (3) analyze the influence of the Growth of the Human Development Index
on the Open Unemployment Rate in DKI Jakarta in 2010-2019. This research is
based on secondary data; namely data on PDRB, Increase in UMP, and Growth
in HDI. This research uses Panel Data Regression analysis tool. Based on the
results of this study, it is known that PDRB, Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP),
Human Development Index Growth are equally influential and significant on the
Unemployment Rate in DKI Jakarta. The PDRB variable has a negative and
significant effect on the open unemployment rate in DKI Jakarta. This shows that
the greater the PDRB, the lower the unemployment rate. The Provincial Minimum
Wage (UMP) variable has a negative and significant effect on the open
unemployment rate in DKI Jakarta. This shows that the greater the value of the
Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP), the lower the unemployment rate. The Human
Development Index (HDI) variable has a negative and significant effect on the
open unemployment rate in DKI Jakarta. This shows that the greater the value of
the Human Development Index (HDI), the lower the unemployment rate.
