Abstract

RINGKASAN PT. Anugerah Borneo Coal adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang memiliki Wilayah Ijin Usaha Pertambangan Eksplorasi dengan luas 100 Ha, berlokasi di Desa Sei Cuka, Kecamatan Kintap, Kabupaten Tanah Laut, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena PT. Anugerah Borneo Coal belum memiliki rancangan teknis penambangan Batubara untuk memenuhi target produksi Batubara sebesar 33.000 ton/bulan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan penaksiran cadangan Batubara didapatkan 165.000 ton Batubara di lokasi penelitian yaitu di Wilayah Ijin Usaha Pertambangan PT. Anugerah Boreo Coal. Penaksiran cadangan Batubara yang dilakukan menghasilkan cadangan batubara sebesar 165.000 ton dengan Overburden 659.995 BCM dan stripping ratio (SR) 4:1. Metode penambangan yang digunakan adalah strip mine dengan rekomendasi geometri lerengnya adalah tinggi jenjang tunggal 6 m, lebar jenjang minimal 5 m, dan kemiringan jenjang tunggal 60 o . Berdasarkan perhitungan dimensi jalan diperoleh lebar jalan angkut minimal adalah 9 m untuk jalan lurus dan 13 m untuk jalan tikungan dengan nilai superelevasi 0,04 m/m. Rencana penjadwalan produksi Batubara dan overburden pada daerah penelitian dilakukan perbulan selama 6 bulan : a. Bulan 1 pemindahan overburden 111.107 BCM, tidak dilakukan penggalian Batubara. b. Bulan 2 produksi Batubara sebesar 32.770 ton, pengupasan overburden 112.119 BCM, dengan stripping ratio sebesar 3,4 : 1. c. Bulan 3 produksi Batubara sebesar 32.880 ton, pengupasan overburden 112.956 BCM, dengan stripping ratio sebesar 3,4 : 1. d. Bulan 4 produksi Batubara sebesar 32.942 ton, pengupasan overburden 111.879 BCM, dengan stripping ratio sebesar 3,4 : 1. e. Bulan 5 produksi Batubara sebesar 33.178 ton, pengupasan overburden 109.878 BCM, dengan stripping ratio sebesar 3,3 : 1. f. Bulan 6 produksi Batubara sebesar 33.230 ton, pengupasan overburden 102.056 BCM, dengan stripping ratio sebesar 3 : 1.
