Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana pengaruh
dari falisitas e-learning, interaksi ketika menggunakan e-learning, dan kesenangan
menggunakan e-learning dapat berpengaruh terhadap minat menggunakan elearning melalui kepuasan pada mahasiswa pengguna e-learning di Yogyakarta.
Responden yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 230 mahasiswa dari
berbagai perguruan tinggi di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Variabel yang diteliti
dalam penelitian ini berupa education system quality, learner perceived
interaction with other, perceived enjoyment, satisfaction dan berhavioural
intention to use. Adapun pengambilan data primer dilakukan menggunakan skala
Likert, dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM. Hasil penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa education system quality, learner perceived interaction with
other, dan satisfaction berpengaruh secara positif tehadap berhavioural intention
to use , dan education system quality, learner perceived interaction with other,
perceived enjoyment berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap berhavioural
intention to use melalui satisfaction.
Kata Kunci : education system quality, learner perceived interaction with other,
perceived enjoyment, satisfaction, berhavioural intention to use
