Abstract
Corporate entrepreneurship is the implementation of a value creation process in an organizational setting. Developing corporate entrepreneurship in organization is crucial as it requires an organization to grow and diversity its business, to satisfy and retain its best staf s motivation, and exploit its underused resources in new way. It is a concept that is fast gaining importance and is the panacea of the future for corporate organizations operating in a dynamic and competitive environment. The main objective of this paper is to investigate mediating ef ect of knowledge based capital factors in the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and firm performance. In line of this objective it theoretically explores the nature of corporate entrepreneurship dimension, the nature of knowledge based capital dimensions, how corporate entrepreneurship can be linked to knowledge based capital and how knowledge based capital factor influence or mediate the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and firm performance. This study would help researchers, practitioners and manager to have understanding the role of knowledge based capital factors to mediate between corporate entrepreneurship and firm performance
