Abstract

The aim of study is investigates mediafing effect of job satisfactions relation among work content and work context to organizational commitment. Population was employee in PT Adhi Karya at seventh division. Sampel in this study are 87 employees. Testing instrument use to thest validity and reability. The overall instrument those used in thisstudy were perceptive instruments. data obtained from responden use quaestionary withlikert scale. Data analysis used regression analysis from Baron and Kenny Model's (1986). The result of study showed tat : (1) job satistifaction has mediating effect about relation among work content to organizational commitment (H1 has supported). (2) Job satisfaction (H2) has supported. Keywords: work content, work context, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment
