Abstract

This paper applied pre-test and post-test design to learn potential poverty’s resources in Srimartani Village. This method extends potential human resources approach to be had by Srimartanicommunity, so their prosperity can be more effective.This research expands the idea of resources allocation modelsin SrimartaniRegion based on both developmentand prosperity focus. Human resources in this research include businessmen (35,56%), entrepreneurs (37,78%), farmers(15,56%), andtenants (11,11%). The first and second community had been trained by financial management. Agro-technology training had been introduced for the thirdcommunity, and the others could get one or more training based on their needs.
