Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analysis : how CSR to employee , CSR to customer, and CSR to government affects the organizational commitment (multiple and partial effects).There are 93 respondents (fixed employees) in PT. Patiware Plantation, Bengkayang, Kalbar. Multiple regression analysis was used to examine H1, H2, H3, and H4. Multiple regression analysis showed that CSR to employee , CSR to customer, and CSR to government have significant affects the organizational commitment (H1 was supported)). CSR to employee has not significant affects the organizational commitment (H2 was not supported), CSR to customer has significant affects the commitment organizational (H3 was supported). CSR to government has not affects the organizational commitment (H4 was not supported). Key words: CSR to employee, CSR to customer, CSR to government, and organizational commitment
