Abstract
The aim of this study is investigates mediating effect ofjob satisfaction relation among work content and work context to organizational commitment. Population was employee in PT. Adhi Karya at seventh division. Sample in this study are 87 employees. Testing instrument used to test validity and reliability.The overall instruments those used in this study were perspective instruments. Data obtained from respondent used questionary with Likert scale. Data analysis used regression analysis from Baron and Kenny model's(1986). The result of this study showed that :(1) job satisfaction has mediating effect about relation among work content to organizational commitment (H1wassupported), (2) job satisfaction has mediating effect about relation among work context to organizational commitment (H2) was supported.
