Abstract

The aim of this study is to test the model of improving human resourceperformance through three main knowledge psychological work attitudes whichare job satisfaction, procedural justice and organizational citizenship behavior.Data collected by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents as employees ina manufacture company and analyzed by using path analysis. The result foundthat the three variables of knowledge psychological work attitudes which areprocedural justice, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior areable to increase employee performance
