Abstract

Application of water injection projects in the field caused by the decline in reservoir pressure so that the depletion of the primary stage it is not possible to increase oil recovery. Basically, the application of water injection or waterflooding with patterned aims to increase the demand and localized application of the oil but the oil field "X" with the dominant pattern also affects the reservoir pressure can be maintained. Research carried out aiming to evaluate the success of the implementation of the incremental recovery water injection is given. In the conduct of the evaluation is supported by the implementation of the surveillance by making the curve production history, pressure history, flood balancing (Flood In Fluid Oou), the injection efficiency and the plot cummulative oil cut vs. oil. To meet the needs of the design planned water injection Water Injection Plant (WIP), other than the data rate of produced water, as well as the characteristics of the data needed water. The rate of produced water will affect the size of the required process equipment. While the characteristics of the water will affect the determination of the type of equipment and technology, as well as the selection and type of inhibitor softener.
