ANALISIS KETERSEDIAAN DAN STABILITAS HARGA PANGAN DI KABUPATEN KULON PROGO

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis kuantitas ketersediaan pangan di Kabupaten Kulon Progo; (2) menganalisis kualitas ketersediaan pangan di Kabupaten Kulon Progo; (3) menganalisis stabilitas harga pangan di Kabupaten Kulon Progo; (4) memproyeksikan ketersediaan pangan di Kabupaten Kulon Progo tahun 2018-2023. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Pelaksanaan penelitian menggunakan metode survei. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara purposive (sengaja). Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan, Badan Pusat Statistik dan Dinas Perdagangan Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan pencatatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Neraca Bahan Makanan (NBM), Pola Pangan Harapan (PPH) ketersediaan, koefisien variasi dan proyeksi ketersediaan pangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) ketersediaan pangan di Kabupaten Kulon Progo dari sisi kuantitas sudah terpenuhi. Ketersediaan energi dan protein adalah 2.882 kkal/kapita/hari dan 84 gram/kapita/hari, tetapi ketersediaan lemak masih belum terpenuhi dengan angka 48 gram/kapita/hari; (2) kualitas ketersediaan pangan di Kabupaten Kulon Progo tidak ideal, skor PPH ketersediaan di Kabupaten Kulon Progo sebesar 81.4; (3) Stabilitas harga pangan seluruh komoditi pangan dinilai sudah stabil, kecuali komoditi cabe; (4) proyeksi ketersediaan pangan kelompok pangan (minyak dan lemak, buah/biji berminyak, kacang-kacangan, gula, serta sayur dan buah) di Kabupaten Kulon Progo pada tahun 2018-2023 cenderung mengalami penurunan produksi setiap tahunnya.

ANALYSIS OF AVAILABILITY AND FOOD PRICE STABILITY
IN KULON PROGO DISTRICT

ABSTRACT The aims of this study were: (1) to analyze the quantity of food availability in Kulon Progo District; 2) to analyze the quality of food availability in Kulon Progo District; (3) to analyze the food price stability in Kulon Progo District; (4) projection of food availability in Kulon Progo District for 2018-2023. The research method of this study is descriptive. The research implementation of this study used survey method. The research location selected by purposive. The data used in this study are secondary data from Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan, Badan Pusat Statistik, and Dinas Perdagangan Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Data collection used documentation and recording. The analysis methods used Food Balance Sheet, Food Pattern Score, variation coefficient, and the projection of food availability. The results of this study showed that: (1) The food availability in Kulon Progo District in terms of quantity has been fulfilled. The availability of energy and protein were 2.882 Cal/cap/day and 84 g/cap/day respectively, but the availability of fat has not fulfilled yet at 48 g/cap/day; (2) The food availability in Kulon Progo District in terms of quality was not ideal, The score PPH availability in Kulon Progo District was 81.4; (3) The food prices in Kulon Progo District were stable, except chili; (4) projection of availability of food production groups (oils and fats, fruits/nuts, beans, sugar, vegetables and fruits) in Kulon Progo district for 2018-2023 tend to decrease annually.
