Abstract
Research conducted as an explanatory and predictive research. Explanatory research aims to explain a phenomenon. This study used population study. The population in this study included all employees of the Bank Sleman Yogyakarta. This study tried to know the influence of applied human capital and social capital on the performance of an organization, company. The research results can be seen that 1) human capital have an influence on the performance of the organization and 2) social capital has an influence on organizational performance. The results of this study support the results of research conducted by Li danWu. (2004) is a positive and significant relationship between intellectual capital and company performance. This is consistent with those expressed by Agarwala, (2003) and. Guthrie et al, (2002), namely an increase in human capital will result in greater competitiveness and performance. In creating a competitive advantage requires social capital such as the ability to locate, utilize and combine skills, knowledge and experience of others, inside and outsidetheorganization.
