Abstract

PT. Kideco Jaya Agung merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di
bidang tambang batubara di Indonesia. Secara administrasi lokasi penambangan
batubara PT. Kideco Jaya Agung termasuk wilayah Desa Batu Kajang,
Kecamatan Batu Sopang, Kabupaten Pasir, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur.
Penambangan dilakukan dengan sistem tambang terbuka (surface mining)
dengan metode open pit mine. Kegiatan pengeboran saat ini menggunakan mesin
bor Atlas Copco DM 45 dengan diameter mata bor 7 7/8 inchi (200,025 mm),
pola pengeboran yang digunakan yaitu pola pengeboran selang – seling
(Staggered Pattern) dengan pola peledakan beruntun per lubang menggunakan
rangkaian non elektrik.
Geometri peledakan yang diterapkan saat ini menggunakan ukuran burden
7 m, spasi 8 m, kedalaman lubang ledak 8,5 m,
Stemming 4,2 m, kolom isian
bahan peledak 4,3 m dan subdrilling 0,5 m, dengan nilai powder factor rata – rata
0,25 kg/m
3
.
Untuk mengurangi jumlah boulder di lapangan saat ini, dilakukan perbaikan
geometri peledakan berdasarkan teori C.J.Konya. Hasil dari perbaikan geometri
tersebut didapatkan rancangan geometri peledakan, yaitu burden 6 m, spasi 6,25
m, stemming 4,2 m, powder charge 4,3 m, subdrilling 1,8 m, tinggi jenjang 8 m,
dan kedalaman lubang ledak 9,8 m, powder factor 0,38 kg/m
. Perhitungan
prediksi fragmentasi batuan secara teoritis terhadap rancangan geometri usulan
menggunakan persamaan Kuznetsov didapatkan ukuran material hasil peledakan
> 120 cm (boulder) sebesar 1,10 % .

PT. Kideco Jaya Agung is one company that is engaged in coal mining in
Indonesia. In the administration of the coal mining area of PT. Kideco Jaya Agung
including Batu Village area of Kajang, District Sopang Stone, Sand Regency, East
Kalimantan Province.
Mining is done by open pit system (surface mining) by the method of open
pit mine. Drilling activity is currently using Atlas Copco drilling machine DM 45
with the drill bit diameter 7 7/8 inches (200.025 mm), the drilling pattern used is
pattern drilling intervals - alternating (Staggered Pattern) with a pattern of
successive blasting per hole using a series of non-electric .
Geometry blasting the applied current burden using size 7 m, 8 m spacing,
blast hole depth 8.5 m, 4.2 m Stemming, columns stuffing explosives subdrilling
4.3 m and 0,5 m, with a mean value of powder factor - average 0.25 kg/m3.
To reduce the number of boulder in the current field, carried out repairs on
the theory C.J Konya blasting geometry. Results obtained from the geometry of
the design improvements blasting geometry, ie burden 6 m, 6.25 m spacing,
stemming 4.2 m, 4.3 m powder charge, subdrilling 1.8 m, 8 m high levels, and the
depth of the hole explosive 9,8 m, powder factor of 0.38 kg/m3. Rock
fragmentation prediction calculations are theoretically on the draft proposal
geometry using Kuznetsov equation blasting results obtained material size> 120
cm (boulder) of 1.10%
