Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of user involvement, leadership support, personal technical capabilities, training and education programs on the performance of Accounting Information Systems at district governments of Yogyakarta. This research is motivated by the use of accounting information systems in the implementation of local government fi nancial management transparent. Respondents in this research are 58 respondents who work in the fi nance department of local government of Yogyakarta has been using computer-based accounting information system. The results of this study are: First, the involvement of users showed signifi cant impact on the performance of Accounting Information Systems. Second, leadership support factors section showed signifi cant impact on the performance of Accounting Information Systems. Third, personal technical capability factor showed no signifi cant effect on the performance of Accounting Information Systems. Fourth, education and training programs showed no signifi cant effect on the performance of Accounting Information Systems.
