Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of fi rm size, profi tability, liquidity and asset structure of the capital structure. The population in this study is the Real Estate and Property companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2012-2014. This study used a sample of 49 companies that obtained by using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that company size, profi tability, liquidity and asset structure simultaneously (together) affect the capital structure. Partial test shows that the number of company size, profi tability, liquidity and asset structure of an effect on the capital structure.
