Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of salary, job satisfaction, organisational commitment to Intention at PT. Pembangunan Jaya. The research population is the employees of PT. Pembangunan Jaya and the sampling method used Slovin formula which produces 80 respondents to be examined by questionnaire. Salary is an important element that can affect employee performance because it is used to meet various needs of employees. Salary is divided into four dimensions: Pay rate, benefi t, Pay rise, Pay Structure and Administration. Job satisfaction is a positive feeling about one’s work from a characteristic evaluation. Job satisfaction is divided into job satisfaction of work (self ef self), pay, promotion, supervisor and co.workers. Organizational commitment is the extent to which employees favor the organization to defend it. Organizational commitment is divided into three continence commitments, effective commitment and normative commitment. Turnover Intention is the tendency or intention of the employee to quit working from his job. Turnover is divided into three dimensions based on intention to quit, job search and thinking of quit. In this study salary level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive effect. The result of analysis shows that <square equal to 0,674 result of t test (X1) 3,609. t table 1.66488 then Ho rejected Ha accepted means there is infl uence between salary and Turnover Intention, t test results (X2) t count> 7.989> t table 1.66488 then Ho rejected Ha accepted means there is infl uence of job satisfaction with Turnover Intention, the results t test (X3) t count 7.263> t table 1.66488 then Ho rejected Ha accepted means there is infl uence of organizational commitment with Turnover Intention. Test result t arithmetic 79,676> t table 3.12 then Ho rejected and Ha accepted means salary, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment infl uence on Turnover Intention.
