Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of performance expectations, expectations of the business, social factors, the suitability of the task, and the conditions that facilitate users to use interest Regional Financial Management Information System (SIPKD) in Sragen Regional Government. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, which is based on criteria that use SIPKD SKPD employees in their activities. Employees with these criteria include department heads, secretaries, section chief, treasurer salary, treasurer, and fi nancial staff. The population of this study was 38 of 63 SKPD SKPD because these studies take the population at the working unit level agencies, departments, offi ces and agencies, local public services. Data were collected by sending as many as 189 questionnaires, but as many as 151 questionnaires were returned and usable sample of only 131 questionnaires. Testing the quality of data is done with validity and reliability test, whereas hypothesis testing by F test, t test, Test coeffi cient of determination, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The results showed that expectations of performance, effort expectancy, social factors, the suitability of the task, and the conditions that facilitate the utilization affect the interest of Regional Financial Management Information System (SIPKD).
