Abstract
The study purpose is to determine the effect of cash earnings, and free cash flow effect partally and simultaneously on cash dividends. In accordance of purposive sampling technique, this study 52 sample from 166 manufacturing companies as population. The data were obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The results showed that the accounting earning, cash earnings and free cash flow variables simultaneously and partially effect on cash dividends on manufacturingcompanies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
