Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study is a case study on PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk. The aim of this research is to know
about Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, the fi rm growth at PT. Indorama Synthetics,
Tbk and also to know how is the infl uence of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure to the
fi rm growth. In this research, the author uses descriptive analytical method with case study
approach where the data are collected through the interviewing techniques, data collection and
practices directly into the fi eld, as well as literature studies. And for the data analysis used
Principal Component Analysis for dependent variable and then analyzed the infl uence with
independent variable used parametric statistical method. This research also used the data from
fi nancial report yearly from PT. Indorama Synthetics, Tbk with Desember 2004 – Desember
2009 periode as a sample. Based on the results of research and the results of data processing
done by the author, showed that there is an infl uence but not signifi cant between Corporate
Social Responsibility Disclosure to the fi rm growth.
