Abstract
ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze (1) the infl uence of third party deposit, mortgage interest credit
rates, infl ation rates and return on investment (ROI) on the allocation of small medium micro credit
simultanously, (2) the infl uence of third party deposits, mortgages interest credit rates, infl ations
rates, and return on investment (ROI) on the allocation of small medium micro credit partially.
Objects in this research is Bank Persero Tbk. The analyze model in this research is multiple linier
regression with secondary data obtained from Bank of Indonesia (BI). The analyze result showed
that the variable of third party deposits, mortgages intersest credit rates, infl ation rates and return
on investment (ROI) simultanously infl uence signifi cant at allocation of small medium micro credit.
Variable of third party deposits, mortgages interest credit rates, and return on investment partially
infl uence at allocation of small medium micro credit (KUMKM), while infl ation rates variable partially
do not infl uence signifi cant to allocation of small medium micro credit.
