Abstract
ABSTRACT Regional autonomy is the right, authority and obligation of the autonomous region to regulate and manage their own government affairs and the interests of the local community in accordance with the laws and regulations. The purpose of regional autonomy itself is that regional governments can regulate their own government, economic and social wheels and can develop according to the characteristics of the area. but the regional government also needs help from the central government in this case the source of regional development funds to assist the regional government in regional development, and the central government also wants to create inequalities between regions so that there is no jealousy between regions. This research is a quantitative study with panel data. The research data used are PAD, DAU, DBH, DAK, and Dana desa from the APBD realization report in all provinces in Indonesia. Data was obtained from the official website of the Director General of Fiscal Balance of the Indonesian Ministry of Finance in 2015 - 2018. The results show that the DAU and Dana Desa variables have a positive influence on PAD, meaning that when the DAU and the Village Fund increase will have an impact on the increase in PAD. meanwhile DBH and DAK had no effect on PAD in thirty-three provinces in Indonesia during the study period.
