Abstract
Lokasi penelitian secara administratif termasuk kedalam Kecamatan Tatapaan, Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan, Provinsi Sulawesi Utara dan secara geografis terletak pada Zona 51 tepatnya 1240 34’ 38.5” - 1230 37’ 20.3” bujur timur dan 10 16’ 43.1” - 10 18’ 54.2” lintang utara. Pengamatan pada citra SRTM dem Sulawesi Utara menunjukan bahwa ± 70% luas daerah penelitian merupakan volcanic terrain yang dikontrol oleh kelurusan struktur-struktur berarah relatif NW-SE, SE-NW dan N-S.
Pola pengaliran yang mengontrol daerah penelitian adalah dendritik, subdendritik dan rectangular. Geomorfologi daerah penelitian dibagi menjadi enam satuan geomorfik, meliputi: Satuan Perbukitan Aliran Lava, Satuan Lereng Aliran Lava, Satuan Lembah Struktural, Satuan Tubuh Sungai, Danau dan Satuan Dataran Alluvial.
Stratigrafi daerah telitian dari tua ke muda disusun oleh satuan lava andesit terubah (Miosen Tengah), satuan lava andesit (Pliosen) dan satuan endapan alluvial (Holosen – Resen).
Struktur geologi yang terdapat pada daerah telitian berupa kekar dan sesar mendatar dan sesar turun. Sesar-sesar berkembang baik pada litodem lava andesit terubah, yaitu : Sesar berarah NE – SW seperti : Sesar Mendatar Ma’asin–1, Sesar Mendatar Ma’asin–2, Sesar Mendatar Paslaten Satu, Sesar Mendatar Sinengkeian dan Sesar Turun Paslaten-1. Sesar berarah SE – NW seperti : Sesar Mendatar Manembo, Sesar Mendatar Ma’asin dan Sesar Mendatar Paslaten dan sesar yang relatif berarah N – S Sesar Mendatar Sulu, hal ini sebagai jalur/channel way bagi fluida hidrotermal naik kepermukaan sehingga mempengaruhi pola/sebaran alterasi dan mineralisasi.
Alterasi didaerah penelitian dibagi menjadi tiga zona, yaitu : zona kuarsa – serisit – pirit ± klorit (tipe filik), zona kaolinit – monmorilonit – klorit – kuarsa ± pirit (tipe argilik) dan zona klorit – kalsit ± epidot ± pirit (tipe propilitik).
Mineralisasi pada daerah penelitian terjadi pada urat kuarsa (vein hingga veinlet), breksi hidrothermal dan stockwork. Terdapat tiga tekstur bijih mineralisasi, yaitu : tekstur pengisian, tekstur pergantian dan tekstur eksolusi. Mineralisasi logam ditandai dengan keberadaan urat kuarsa yang mengandung mineral pembawa bijih logam Cu, Zn, Pb, Au dan Ag asosiasi mineral bijih yang ditemukan berupa mineral sulfida, mineral oksida, mineral kalaverit dan native gold/emas.
Mineralisasi didaerah penelitian dibagi menjadi dua fase, fase hipogen dan fase pengkayaan supergen. Evaluasi berdasarkan karakteristik alterasi dan mineralisasi daerah penelitian merupakan tipe endapan epithermal sulfidasi rendah.
Kata Kunci : Pola Pengaliran, Geomorfologi, Stratigrafi, Struktur Geologi, Alterasi Hidrothermal dan Mineralisasi.

Reseach area administrative Tatapaan Subdistrict, South Minahasa Regency, North
Sulawesi Province and geographycal reside in 51 zone 1240 34’ 38.5” - 1230 37’ 20.3”
longitude and 10 16’ 43.1” - 10 18’ 54.2” latitude. Monitoring to citra SRTM dem North
Sulawesi indicate more than 70% area research are volcanic terrain controlled of structre
alingment NW-SE, SE-NW and N-S relative direction.
Drainage system controlled this research area are trellis and rectangular.
Geomorphology research area are drainage system, lithology and geology structure
controlled. Geomorphology research area are six geomorphic unit, include: Lava Flow Hills
Unit, Lava Flow Slope Unit, Structural Valley Unit, River Body Unit, Lake and Alluvial Flat
Unit.
Stratigraphy research area of old to young are altered andesite lava litodem (Middle
Miocene), andesite lava litodem (Pliocene) and alluvial deposits unit (Holocene – Recent).
Geological structures research area are joint, strike slip fault and normal fault.
Proliferate fault in altered andesite lava litodem are directional fault NE – SW include :
Ma’asin–1 Strike Slip, Ma’asin-2 Strike Slip, Paslaten Satu Strike Slip, Sinengkeian Strike
Slip and Normal Fault Paslaten-1. Directional fault SE – NW are Manembo Strike Slip,
Ma’asin Strike Slip, Paslaten Strike Slip and directional fault N - S is Sulu Strike Slip, That
are become channel way of hydrothermal fluids up to surface so it will influence alteration
and mineralization distributing pola.
Alteration research area three zone, include : quartz – serisite – pyrite ± chlorite zone
(phylic type), caolinite – monmorilonite – chlorite – quartz ± pyrite zone (Argilic type) and
chlorite – calcite ± epidote ± pyrite zone (prophylitic type).
Mineralization research area occur are quartz veins, veinlets, hydrothermal breccia
and stockwork. Contained three ore texture mineralization, include : infilling texture
(crustiform-colloform, cockade, breccia, triangular, comb structure, sacharoidal drusy,
vuggy quartz, massive silica/quartz/chalcedonic, crystal gradation), replacement texture
(cross cutting) and exolution texture (inclusion). Ore mineralization indicate quartz vein
contains are ore carrier Cu, Zn, Pb, Au and Ag association ore minerals are pyrite (FeS2),
chalcopyrite (CuFeS2), bornite (Cu5FeS4), covelite (CuS), sphalerite (ZnS), galena (PbS),
chalcosite (Cu2S) sulphyda minerals group, magnetite (Fe3O4), limonite (2Fe2O3)3H2O oxide
minerals group, calaverite (AuTe2) and native gold (Au).
Mineralization research area are two phase, hypogen phase and supergene riches
phase. Factual evaluation alteration and mineralization characteristic research area are
epithermal low sulphidation type deposit.
