Abstract

Dengan pemilihan yang tepat pada efisiensi kerja alat mekanis, Produksi alat muat meningkat dari 592,93 ton/hari menjadi 714,5 ton/hari dan produksi alat angkut meningkat dari 401,6 ton/hari menjadi 509,04 ton/hari.sehingga produksi sudah memenuhi target produksi. vi SUMMARY Andesite stone material needs at this time is still not enough to meet the production targets owned by PT. Sari Bhumi Equator, amounting to 500 tons / day. Demolition of andesite is carried out by stripping the overburden. Andesite stone transportation activities use Mitsubishi Fuso FE 74 dump trucks. The total production of loading equipment with the number of one unit is currently 592.93 tons / day and the production of transportation equipment with 4 units is 71.7 tons / day. PT. Sari Bhumi Katulistiwa, wants to meet the needs of andesite stone materials of 500 tons / day, so to meet the desired needs it is necessary to know how many mechanical devices are used to meet these production needs. The results of research in the field of the series that affect production in the field, production can be increased by improving the working time of mechanical devices used. The current work efficiency of the Kobelco SK200 Excavator is 69%, and the Mitsubishi Fuso FE 74 dump truck is 69.6%. By improving work time and timing according to the production target, the work efficiency of the Kobelco SK200 Excavator from 69% to 75.6%, in the Mitsubishi Fuso FE 74 dump truck from 69.6% to 78.4%. With the proper selection of the working efficiency of mechanical equipment, the production of loading equipment increased from 592.93 tons / day to 714.5 tons / day and the production of conveyance equipment increased from 401.6 tons / day to 509.04 tons / day. has met the production target.
