Abstract

Aim of this research was to analyze effects ofworkfamily conflicts (whether work interference with family or family interference with work) to orvanizational commitrnent and organizational citizenship behauior, in men and women. Sample of this research was 133 teachers of elementary school in Yogyalcarta. Data was analyzed with t-Test and multiple regression. Research showed that whether work interference with family or family interference with work didn't impact to organizational commitment In men sample, whether work interference to family or family interference with work didn't impact to organizational citizenship behavior. In women sample , work interference with famity also didn't impact to organizational citizenship behauior, but family intetference with work had significant impact to organiz,ational citizenship behavior.
