Abstract
Iran's new hope arouse since Hassan Rouhani had been running as president after Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. He was chosen because the majority of the people had suffered from pressure and punishment.As a reformist,Rouhani tried to change his strategy and attitude from his predecessor, Ahmadinejad. Based on revolutionary, Ahmadinejad's confrontational and radical foreign policy was often shown when the US and its alliestried to stop Iran's nuclear program which was developing intensively. The untrustworthy coming from the Westerns towards Iran's nuclear program during Ahmadinejad's era,had put Iran in punishment in which its economy became unstable. It became the main concern for Rouhanias he change the foreign policy to be moderate, constructed, and open towards the Western.
