Abstract
CV. Agrindo Suprafood merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi minuman kemasan diantaranya berupa produk minuman teh, minuman sari buah dan minuman nata de coco kemasan. masalah yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan adalah kesulitan dalam
menentukan jumlah persediaan yang tepat. Adanya ketidakpastian permintaan dengan situasi yang fluktuatif masuk ke bagian produksi membuat perusahaan sulit melakukan
perhitungannya, sebab adanya data permintaan dan data persediaan yang tidak tetap atau selalu berubah-ubah dalam kurun per-hari, per-minggu bahkan per-bulan. Tujuan
dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan jumlah persediaan yang tepat untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya fluktuasi permintaan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, . Logika fuzzy dianggap mampu untuk memetakan suatu input ke dalam suatu output tanpa mengabaikan faktor-faktor yang
ada. Logika fuzzy diyakini sangat fleksibel dan memiliki toleransi terhadap data yang ada. . Diharapkan pengendalian persediaan ini mampu membantu perusahaan dalam
memenuhi permintaan yang fluktuatif. Dengan memasukkan variabel input, yaitu jumlah permintaan pada periode ini
sebesar 21000 Box, jumlah produksi pada bulan periode ini sebesar 25000 Box, biaya bahan baku pada bulan periode ini sebesar Rp Rp 87.500.000,- dan biaya produksi pada
periode ini sebesar Rp Rp 157.500.000,-, maka diperoleh hasil untuk jumlah persediaan pada periode ini sebesar 1050 Box.
Kata Kunci: Ketidakpastian Permintaan, Fuzzy Metode Mamdani, Penentuan Persediaan.

ABSTRACK
CV. Agrindo Suprafood is a company that manufactures beverage packaging in the
form of products including tea drinks, fruit juice and beverage packaging nata de coco.
problems faced by the company is the difficulty in determining the exact amount of
inventory. The uncertainty of fluctuating demand situation go into the production makes
the company difficult to perform calculations, because their demand data and inventory
data that is not fixed or fluctuating within a per-day, per-week and even per-month. The
purpose of this study is to determine the right amount of inventory to anticipate
fluctuations in demand.
To overcome these problems,. Fuzzy logic is considered able to map an input into
an output without ignoring factors that exist. Fuzzy logic is believed to be very flexible
and tolerant of existing data. , Expected inventory control is able to assist companies in
meeting fluctuating demand.
By entering the input variables, namely the number of requests in this period
amounted to 21000 Box, the amount of production in this period amounted to Box 25000,
raw material costs in the period amounted to Rp Rp 87.5 million, - and the cost of
production in this period amounted to Rp Rp 157 500 .000, -, the obtained results for the
amount of inventory at the period 1050 Box.
