Abstract
Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Anggota Gapoktan “Tani Manunggal” di Desa Banjararum Kecamatan Kalibawang Kabupaten Kulonprogo. Dosen Pembimbing SITI SYAMSIAR dan HENI HANDRI UTAMI. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja anggota Gapoktan “TaniManunggal”. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan disproportionate random sampling dengan mengambil 60 sampel anggota Gapoktan yang mendapatkan program P2BN. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik anlisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program P2BN, luas lahan, umur anggota, dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja anggota Gapoktan “Tani Manunggal”. Lamanya masa keanggotaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja anggota Gapoktan “Tani Manunggal”. Kata kunci: program P2BN, luas lahan, umur anggota, lamanya masa keanggotaan, dan tingkat pendidikan, kinerja anggota gapoktan. ABSTRACT IMAM AZHARI, Analysis of the factors that impact performance of member Gapoktan “TaniManunggal” in Banjararum Village, Subdistrict of Kalibawang, District of Kulonprogo. This research is guided by SITI SYAMSIAR and HENI HANDRI UTAMI. The purpose of this research is to analysis of the factors that impact performance of member Gapoktan “TaniManunggal”. The method of this research is survey. The sampling method is disproportionate random sampling which 60 sample of Gapoktan member that get P2BN program and the tecnic of analysis research is multiple linear regression.The result of this research showed that P2BN program, land area, age of member, education level of influence on the performance of Gapoktan “TaniManunggal”. Length of membership have no effect on the performance of members of Gapoktan “Tani Manunggal”.
