Abstract

Kegiatan penambangan tersebut berlangsung selama lebih dari 20 tahun tanpa adanya perencanaan tambang dan tata kelola lingkungan yang baik, sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya kerusakan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kondisi eksisting lahan, merancang arahan reklamasi, dan menganggarkan untuk biaya reklamasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menentukan teknis reklamasi yang tepat di daerah penelitian yaitu dengan survey lapangan, pemetaan, deskriptif, wawancara dan analisis data. Parameter yang digunakan sesuai dengan Peraturan Gubernur DIY No. 63 Tahun 2003 seperti tinggi dinding galian, kemiringan tebing galian, relief dasar galian, pengelolaan tanah pucuk, batas tepi galian, tutupan vegetasi, kondisi jalan. Hasil analisis kimia dan fisika tanah digunakan sebagai acuan penentuan vegetasi yang dapat digunakan dalam kegiatan revegetasi. Perhitungan biaya reklamasi diperlukan untuk membiayai proses kegiatan reklamasi di seluruh blok penambangan Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dilapangan kondisi eksisting lahan, pengelolaan tanah pucuk di semua blok tidak ada. Tinggi dinding galian pada blok 1,2,3 rata-rata memiliki masing-masingnya adalah 5.5 meter, 5.46 meter, 5.44 meter. Kemiringan tebing galian pada blok 1,2,3 memiliki nilai rata-rata 630, 55.280 dan 53,1250. Relief dasar galian blok 1,2,3 termasuk cekungan yang memiliki rata-rata kedalaman 3,07 meter, 1,64 meter dan 1,164 meter. Batas tepi galian blok 1,2,3 memiliki batas dengan rata-rata 9,166 meter, 10,85 meter dan 7,46 meter. Tutupan vegetasi pada blok penambangan 1,2 dan 3 memiliki luasan 170,49 m2, 1620,017 m2, 1049,626 m2. Kondisi jalan disekitar penambangan termasuk rusak dengan persentase jalan rusak 33,67 %. Pembuatan teras bangku dengan tinggi 3 meter dan lebar teras 6 meter, pembuatan drainase dan akuaponik dengan menggunakan metode deep flow technique serta pembuatan kolam ikan lele dengan teknologi bioflok direncanakan dalam kegiatan reklamasi. Kegiatan revegetasi dengan tanaman sawo dan jati sebagai tanaman pionir serta penggunaan vertiver sebagai covercrop Biaya reklamasi yang diperlukan untuk blok 1,2,3 adalah Rp 55.330.677, Rp. 128.179.307 dan Rp 160.677.452 Kata Kunci: Penambangan, Kerusakan Lingkungan, Eksisting Lahan, Revegetasi, Bioflok, Akuaponik, Biaya Reklamasi. TECHNICAL DESIGN OF THE CALCARENIT MINING RECLAMATION BASED ON LEVEL OF LAND DAMAGE AT NGENTAK HAMLET, CANDIREJO VILLAGE, SEMIN DISTRICT, GUNUNGKIDUL REGENCY, SPECIAL REGION OF YOGYAKARTA By Khrisna Agung Prakoso 114140136 ABSTRACT The mining activity lasted for more than 20 years without mine planning and good environmental management, causing land damage. This research aims to examine the condition of the existing land, reclamation planning corresponding to the location of the research.and making the cost of reclamation. The research method used to determine the appropriate technical reclamation in the study area is by field survey, mapping, descriptive, interviewing and data analysis. Parameters that are used in accordance with the Regulation Governor of Yogyakarta No. 63 the year 2003 such as high walls, the slope of the cliff quarry minerals, minerals, base reliefs of land management tip, border of minerals, vegetation cover, the condition of the road. The results of chemical and physical soil analysis is used as a reference for determination of vegetation that could be used in the activities of revegetasi. Calculation of the cost of the reclamation required to finance the process of reclamation activities throughout the mining block The research results obtained in field conditions, existing land use, land management tops in all blocks do not exist. High wall excavations on blocks 1, 2, 3 respectively average is 5.5 meters, 5.46 metres, 5.44 meters. The slope of the cliff quarry at blocks 1, 2, 3 has an average rating of 630 55,280, and 53.1250. The basic minerals relief blocks 1, 2, 3 including the basin has an average depth of 3.07 meters, 1.64 meters and meters of 1.164. Border of quarry blocks 1, 2, 3 has a limited with an average of 9.166 meters, 10.85 metres and 7.46 meters. Vegetation cover on the mining block 1.2 and 3 have extents 170.49 m2 (3.1%), 1620.017 m2 (20.91%), 1049.626 m2 (14.18%). Road conditions around the mining including broken with damaged roads 33.67% percentage. Making high bench terraces with 3 meters and a width of 6 meters, making the terrace drainage and akuaponik using method of deep flow technique as well as making fish pond Catfish with technology to reclamation activities planned in the bioflok.
