Abstract

ABSTRACT Location of the study lies in the village Gunungraja, Sub-district Sijeruk, District Banjarmangu, Banjarnegara, Central Java Province. Research areas susceptible to ground movement during the rainy season with high rainfall intensity. This study aims to determine the type of soil movement, the vulnerability of ground motion, as well as prevention methods are appropriate for handling disasters soil mass movement in the study area. The initial phase of the research done by creating a map of land units from the map slope, lithologies, soil and land use that aims to determine the point of infiltration measurements. At the time of the field, made the observation point or the type of soil movement, weathering rock, rock strength soil texture, soil thickness, density of vegetation and land use. Then from the field created land use maps, map the thickness of the soil, vegetation density maps, maps of slope, infiltration capability maps, maps of rock strength, rock weathering maps, maps springs discharge, groundwater table depth maps, rainfall maps and texture maps land for overlay and dignity in order to determine the extent and categories of soil mass movement. As well as to determine the appropriate method of management on the basis of regulation of the Minister of Public Works NO.22 / PRT / M / 2007. Based on the results, the type of ground motion observations in the study area is the type of rotational ground motion multiple slides. Vulnerability zone movement in the study area is divided into two zones, namely the vulnerability of middle zone area of 19.157 ha, and the high zone covering an area of 6.74 hectares. Mass movement of soil management methods research area consists of two types, namely by creating retaining walls and drainage arrangement for settlement or non-vegetation area then make bench terraces and revegetation for non-vegetated areas or settlements. Keywords : Disaster, Mitigation Soils and/or Rocks Mass movement, Residential INTISARI Lokasi penelitian terletak di Dusun Gunungraja Desa Sijeruk, Kecamatan Banjarmangu, Kabupaten Banjarnegara, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Daerah penelitian rentan terjadi gerakan tanah pada saat musim penghujan dengan intensitas curah hujan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan tipe gerakan tanah, tingkat kerentanan gerakan tanah, serta metode pencegahan yang sesuai untuk menangani bencana gerakan massa tanah di daerah penelitian. Tahap awal penelitian dilakukan dengan membuat peta satuan lahan dari peta kemiringan lereng, satuan batuan, tanah dan penggunaan lahan yang bertujuan untuk menentukan titik pengukuran infiltrasi. Pada saat dilapangan, dilakukan pengamatan titik atau tipe gerakan tanah, pelapukan batuan, kekuatan batuan tekstur tanah, ketebalan tanah, kerapatan vegetasi dan penggunaan lahan. Kemudian dari hasil lapangan di buat peta penggunaan lahan, peta ketebalan tanah, peta kerapatan vegetasi, peta kemiringan lereng, peta kepasias infiltrasi, peta kekuatan batuan, peta pelapukan batuan, peta debit mata air, peta kedalaman muka airtanah, peta curah hujan dan peta tekstur tanah untuk di overlay dan diharkatkan guna menentukan luas dan kriteria gerakan massa tanah. Serta untuk menentukan metode pengelolaan yang sesuai dengan berdasarkan peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum NO.22/PRT/M/2007. Berdasarkan hasil, pengamatan tipe gerakan tanah di daerah penelitian adalah tipe gerakan tanah multiple rotational slide. Zona kerentanan gerakan di daerah penelitian terbagi menjadi 2 zona kerentanan yaitu zona menengah seluas 19,157 Ha, dan zona tinggi seluas 6,74 Ha. Metode pengelolaan gerakan massa tanah didaerah penelitian terdiri dari 2 tipe yaitu dengan membuat dinding penahan dan penataan saluran drainase untuk daerah permukiman atau non vegetasi kemudian membuat teras bangku dan revegetasi untuk daerah bervegetasi atau non permukiman.
