ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pendapatan Asli
Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus dam Belanja Daerah terhadap
efektivitas Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten dan Kota di Provinsi
Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2014-2016. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh
pemerintah daerah kabupaten/kota di Jawa Tengah. Sampel yang digunakan metode
judgement-sampling dan berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan maka diperoleh
sampel 72 Kabupaten/Kota pada tahun 2014-2016. Data sekunder dalam penelitian
ini adalah data LRA dari PPID Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan
uji asumsi klasik untuk analisis data dan analisi regresi linier berganda untuk
menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah,
Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, dan Belanja Daerah berpengaruh
terhadap efektivitas Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah.

ABSTRACT
This research is meant to analyze the influence Original Local Government
Revenue, General Allocation Grant, Special Allocation Fund and Local Expenditure
to the effectiveness Financial Performance of the Local Governmentc District and
Cities in the Central Java. The population is all all cities/districts local government
in Central Java. The sample collection technique has been carried out by using
judgement-sampling method and based on the predetermined criteria so 72
cities/districts in 2014-2016 periods, in have been selected as samples. The
secondary data has been carried out by using LRA from PPID of Central Java. In
order to examine the factors, the researcher utilized classical, assumpstion for data
analysis and multiple linear regression for testing hypothesis, The result of shows
that Original Local Government Revenue, General Allocation Grant, Special
Allocation Fund dan and Local Expenditure has influence to effectiveness the
financial performance of local government.
