Abstract
ABSTRAK UMKM Keripik Tempe Sagu Sri RejekiMba Nahmerupakan salah satu pembuat keripik tempe sagu yang terletak di Srihardono, Pundong, Bantul,DI Yogyakarta. Pengamatan pada stasiun kerja penggorengan menunjukkan suhu rata-rata 32,85oC disetiap titik pekerja yang melakukan aktivitas pekerjaan. Hasil pengamatan pada ruang kerja penggorengan menunjukkan bahwadari pekerja memiliki keluhan tidak nyaman karena tingkat temperatur. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut diperlukan rancangan perbaikan lingkungan kerja fisik berdasarkan temperatur pada ruang kerja penggorengan. Usulan rancangan perbaikan dimulai dari menentukan kebutuhan exhaust. Pengamatan analisis jumlah exhaustyang sesuai dengan kebutuhan ruang kerja dan dilakukan pengukuran nilai kenyamanan termal dengan menggunakan metode Predicted Mean Vote (PMV) dan Predicted Percentage Dissatisfied (PPD). Temperatur rata-rata pada kondisi awal stasiun kerja penggorengan adalah 32,85oC. Hasil dari perhitungan kondisi awal dengan menggunakan metode Predicted Mean Vote (PMV) memiliki rata-rata nilai sebesar 3,04 (panas) dan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode Predicted Percentage Dissatisfied (PPD) memiliki rata-rata nilai sebesar 97,83% atau 10 pekerja merasa tidak nyaman. Alternatif yang dipilih adalah alternatifexhaustdan alternatif penggantian pakaian pekerja. Dari pengolahan data didapat nilai PMV sebesar 2,28 dan nilai PPD sebesar 83,37% atau 8 pekerja merasa tidak nyaman. Rekomendasi alternatif ini mengalami penurunan temperatur di stasiun kerja penggorengan pada suhu rata-rata kondisi awal 32,85oC menjadi 27,2oC. Kata Kunci : PMV, PPD, Kenyamanan Pekerja x ABSTRACT UMKM Keripik Tempe Sagu Sri Rejeki Mba Nah is one of the makers of sago tempeh chips located in Srihardono, Pundong, Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. Observation on the frying work station shows an average temperature of 32.85oC at each point of the workers who carry out work activities. The observations on the frying workspace indicate that workers have complaints of discomfort due to the temperature level. Based on these problems, it is necessary to design a physical work environment improvement based on temperature in the frying workspace. The proposed repair plan starts from determining the exhaust requirements. Observation analysis of the amount of exhaust according to work space requirements and thermal comfort values were measured using the Predicted Mean Vote (PMV) and Predicted Percentage Dissatisfied (PPD) methods. The average temperature in the initial condition of the frying work station is 32.85oC. The results of the calculation of the initial conditions using the Predicted Mean Vote (PMV) method have an average value of 3.04 (heat) and the results of calculations using the Predicted Percentage Dissatisfied (PPD) method have an average value of 97.83% or 10 workers feel uncomfortable. The alternatives chosen were alternative exhausts and alternative substitutes for workers' clothing. From the processing of data obtained PMV value of 2.28 and PPD value of 83.37% or 8 workers feel uncomfortable. This alternative recommendation has a decrease in temperature at the frying work station at an average temperature of the initial condition 32.85oC to 27.2oC. Keywords: PMV, PPD, Worker Comfort
