Abstract
This study aims (1.) To know work motivation (2.) Knowing work experience. (3.) Analyzing the influence of employee motivation and work experience on Sugar cane Factory employee work productivity. Madukismo in Bantul Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Implementation method using case studies. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data sources used are employees who work at PT. Madu Baru sugar cane factory Madukismo with 44 employee samples, taking employee samples by drawing. Data collection techniques by observation, questionnaire, interviews. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. The results of the study were obtained (1.) Employee motivation is in the high category with a percentage of 76.77%. (2.) Employee work experience is in the high category with a percentage of 76.93%. (3.) Work motivation and work experience to work productivity of PT Madu Baru Sugar cane Factory Madukismo employees in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta.
