Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Supply Chain Integration
terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan pada UKM Kerajinan Kipas Bambu Jipangan,
Kasihan, Bantul. Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian metode sensus.
Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah UKM kipas bambu di Dusun Jipangan,
Kasihan, Bantul yang berjumlah 34 UKM. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis
regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda.
Hasil penenlitian ini menunjukan bahwa Internal integration berpengaruh positif
terhadap customer integration. Internal integration berpengaruh positif terhadap
supplier integration. Internal integration berpengaruh positif terhadap customeroriented
performance. Internal integration berpengaruh positif terhadap supplieroriented
performance. Internal integration berpengaruh positif terhadap financial
performance. Supplier integration berpengaruh positif terhadap supplier-oriented
performance. Supplier integration berpengaruh positif terhadap financial
performance. Customer integration berpengaruh positif terhadap Customeroriented
performance. Customer integration berpengaruh positif terhadap
financial performance. Customer-oriented performance berpengaruh positif
terhadap financial performance. Supplier-oriented performance berpengaruh
positif terhadap financial performance.
