Abstract

The purposes of this study were to provide an empirical evidence of the lecturer’s competence and learning facilities influences to the level of student satisfaction on Magister Management UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta. Data were collected using a questionnaire by given directly to the active students and distributed via email. Questionnaires were distributed to 130 respondents, and 93 (71,5%) of which are used as samples. The empirical result showed that (1) the higher the competence of lecturers, the higher the level of student satisfaction; (2) the better the learning facility, the higher the level of student satisfaction. The results of qualitative analysis of student satisfaction in line with the results of quantitative analysis where aspects used in the study are in accordance with the expectations of students. The majority suggestions from respondents for increasing their satisfaction are an improvement or enhancement of facilities aspects, especially the Wifi and canteen
