Abstract
This research’s purpose to examine in empirical of managerial and institusional ownership structure that influences toward Good Corporate Governance. Managerial ownership is company stock ownerhip by management. Managerial ownership is measured from amount percentage of company stock who is possed by manager and commissioner of the company. Institutional ownership is company stock ownership by the institution, it means the company owner. Institutional ownership variable is measured by stock propotion who is possessed by institutional in the end of year which compered with the amount of all atock in that company.
