Abstract
This study aims to analyze the feasibility of limestone mining business PT. Sugih Alamnugroho. PT. Sugih Alamnugroho is administratively located in Bedoyo Village, Ponjong District, Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. PT. Sugih Alamnugroho is a mining business engaged in limestone commodities with a profit target of Rp 121,196,250,000.00 for 5 years with investment costs planned to open PT. Sugih Alamnugroho is Rp. 15,618,376,000.00. Based on an analysis of known mining businesses PT. Sugih Alamnugroho is feasible to run, with an NPV value of Rp 28.984,374,552.56, an IRR of 65.94%, a payback period (PBP) of 9.87 (10 months) and a sensitivity analysis obtained at a 35% decrease in benefits, the project is not feasible, because the NPV is negative. If the benefit falls 30% then the project is feasible, because the NPV is positive. Then the change in benefits is between 30% - 35%. Then at a 50% increase in costs the project is not feasible, because the NPV is negative. But if the cost increases by 45% then the project is still feasible, because it produces a positive NPV.
