Abstract

Abstrak: Karyawan merupakan pondasi perusahaan. Perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan dengan motivasi tinggi. Kepuasan kerja diperlukan untuk kinerja yang optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menyelidiki dampak motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja terhadap motivasi dan kinerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan penelitian gab. Semoga penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi peneliti lain terutama motivasi pengukuran. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori motivasi McClelland. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi motivasi dan kinerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja secara signifikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 74 responden dan tingkat keseluruhan responden staf adalah karyawan Waroeng Spesial Sambal (SS) Yogyakarta. Motivasi memiliki efek positif pada Kinerja Karyawan. Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif pada motivasi. Dan kinerja karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. . Company needs high motivation employee. Job satisfaction is needed for optimal performance. The goal of this research to investigate the impact of motivation toward employee performance, job satisfaction toward employee performance, job satisfaction toward motivation and performance toward job satisfaction. The benefit of this research is to explain the research gab, that is not every of the job satisfaction and motivation influence performance not significantly. Hopeful this research can be a reference for another reseacher especially motivation measurement. This research uses McClelland motivation theory. This research conclude that motivation influence on employee performance, job satisfaction influence employee performance, job satisfaction influence motivation and performance influence job satisfaction significantly. The study used 74 respondents and the overall level of staff respondents were employees of Waroeng Spesial Sambal (SS) Yogyakarta. Motivation has positive effect on Employee Performance.
