Abstract
This research is meant to test the influence of local own resource revenue (PAD), general allocation fund (DAU), and special allocation fund (DAK) to the capital expenditure of Regency/Cities government in Yogyakarta. The population in this research is the Regency/Cities in Yogyakarta consisting of four regency and one city. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling technique with criteria of Local Budget Expenditure Realization Report (APBD) which has been published by Central Bureau of Statistics from 2009 until 2016. Data analysis technique in this research using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of research showed that the Local Own Source Revenue and General Allocation Funds have influence to the Capital Expenditure, while the Special Allocation Fund does not have any influence to the Capital Expenditure. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, dan Dana Alokasi Khusus terhadap Belanja Modal Kabupaten/Kota di Yogyakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kabupaten/Kota Yogyakarta yang terdiri dari empat Kabupaten dan satu Kota. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria Laporan Realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) yang telah dipublikasikan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tahun 2009 sampai 2016. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Dana Alokasi Umum berpengaruh terhadap Belanja Modal, sedangkan Dana Alokasi Khusus tidak berpengaruh terhadap Belanja Modal.
