Abstract
Flexibility is a main characteristic in supply chain. Flexibility is an ability to accomodate fluxtuation in supply chain channels, which is consist of supplier, distributor and customer. This research done in a factory that has a concatenated relationship between its elemens, begun from its supplier. Other elements are customer and marketing. The relationship called as supply chain. The aim of this research is to estimate the flexibility of supply chain based on make to stock in its dimension. The result is a flexibility of supply chain in its dimension from the least to the biggest are supplier system 87.5%, production system 89.7%, product design 93.3% and delivery system 93.6%. Keywords : Supplier, Distributor, Customer, Flexibility, Supply Chain.
