Abstract

This study aim to examine the effect of managerial ownership on th eassociation between Corperate Social Responsibility and firms value. Sampel used in the research are 36 manufacturing companies lsited in Kompas 100 index during 2007-2009. Research hypotheses was tested with Moderate Regression Analysis and result show that Corporate Social Responsibility positively affected firms value, while managerial ownership did not sgnificantly affect the associetion between Corporate Social Responsibility and firms Value.
