Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of dividend policy, profitability, size of the company, institusional owner ship, and capital structure of the company value in the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange were taken by purposive sampling. The data used to use the annual financial statements from 2012 to 2016. Based on the research criteria that 10 companies selected to be sample. The results showed that instuonal ownership and profitability affect the value of the company while thedividend policy, size of the company, and capital structure does not affect the value of the company.
