Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of quality of service , product and price to customer satisfaction at sushi shop story cab.gejayan , yogyakarta. This study also aims to analyze the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction at sushi shop story cab.gejayan , yogyakarta. The population used in this study that consumers who have or who come to shop sushistory cab.gejayan , yogyakarta. The sample in this study was 100 respondents and the techniques used are non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling approach ( sampling by coincidence , that anyone who happened to meet with researchers can be used as a sample when a person who happens to be fo und suitable as a data source ).From the analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and invalid variable. The most dominant factor influence on customer satisfaction is variable price ( X3 ) that a variable affects customer satisfaction ( with a positive re gression coefficient of 0.475 ) , followed by the variable quality of the product ( X2 ) is a variable that affects customer satisfaction ( with a positive coefficient of 0.308 ), and the last is the variable quality of service ( X1 ) is a variable that affects customer satisfaction ( with a positive regression coefficient of 0.218 ).variabel - independent variables in this study are quite good in explaining the dependent variable ( customer satisfaction ). Author advice is shop sushi story cab.gejayan order, yogyakarta need to maintain the things that have been assessed both by consumers and repair is considered by consumers is still lacking. Keywords : Quality Of Service , Product , Price , Customer Satisfaction ABSTRAKSI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan,produk dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kedai Sushi Story cab.Gejayan, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kedai Sushi Story cab.Gejayan, Yogyakarta.Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah atau yang datang ke Kedai Sushi Story cab.Gejayan, Yogyakarta minimal 2x. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dan teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik Non-probability samplingdengan pendekatan Purposive Sampling (yaitu pengambilan sample dengan tujuan tertentu dengan kriteria bahwa konsumen yang dijadikan sampel penelitian adalah konsumen yang datang membeli produk di kedai Sushi Story cab. Gejayan Yogyakarta dengan kedatangan minimal 2x).Dari hasil analisis, indikator-indikator pada penelitian ini bersifat valid dan variabelnya valid. Dan faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah Variabel Harga (X3) merupakan variabel yang mempengaruhi Kepuasan pelanggan (dengan koefisien regresi yang positif sebesar 0,475), kemudian diikuti Variabel Kualitas produk (X2) merupakan variabel yang mempengaruhi Kepuasan pelanggan (dengan koefisien positif sebesar 0,308),dan terakhir adalah Variabel Kualitas pelayanan (X1) merupakan variabel yang mempengaruhiKepuasanpelanggan (dengan koefisien regresi yang positif sebesar 0,218).Variabel-variabel independen pada penelitian ini sudah cukup baik dalam menjelaskan variabel dependennya (kepuasan pelanggan).Saran penulis adalah agar Kedai Sushi Story cab.Gejayan, Yogyakarta perlu mempertahankan hal-hal yang sudah dinilai baik olehkonsumendan memperbaiki yang dinilai oleh konsumen masih kurang. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Produk, Harga, Kepuasan Pelanggan.
