a fuel cell stack system for driving an electric motor comprising a fuel cell stack consisting of bipolar plates alternatively arranged with MEAs wherein each of said MEA sandwiched in between an anode and a cathode, a hydrogen suypply directed to said anode and a fan blowing the air into said fuel cell stack thereby providing oxygen to react with the hydrogen to generate electrical power for the motor while simultaneously cooling the system by means of the excess air
