Abstract

Nitrogen represent elemen of hara macro which at most required crops and studied because nitrogen have the character of dynamics and mobile. In the land-crops system losing of high nitrogen through leached in the form NO3 (nitrat) and volatile of gas NH3, NO2, and N2O, denitrification and run off. Nitrogen of loss through vaporizing of ammonia can reach 25%, whereas denitrifications 30-40%. Paddy crops only absorbed 30-50% N that supplemented to soils. Losing of nitrogen of Urea reported approximate 60-80% at paddy crop, 40-60% at secondary crop. For that nitrification of process require to be pursued and controlled in form of NH4 (more stable ammonium) than form of NO3. By maintaining nitrogen in the form NH4 represent base of nitrate of inhibitor. A lot of natural materials as nitrate of inhibitor which is easy and cheaper price got than synthetic materials like N-serve and AM, for example coffee leaf, leaf of Ageratum conzysoides, dregs of tapioca, avocado leaf, cardamom fruit, citronella leaf, seed of mimba, fibrous coconut, mangrove husk, tea waste and still many again crop owning content of tannin and polyphenol. Exploiting of the natural materials very good for improving yield crop, soil productivity through efficiency fertilization of nitrogen, and also represent protection of environment of contamination of NO3 and reduction of glasshouse gas emission, so that can realize sustainable agriculture in the effort independent of food. Keywords : exploiting of natural materials, nitrate of inhibitor, sustainable agriculture
