Abstract

To confront an increasingly complex technological development of human potential to develop their whole exert themselves and make use of existing resources. Shift work is a great choice in the way of organizing work that was created because of the desire to maximize the productivity of work as the fulfillment of the demands of the consumer. This research analyzes the degree of subjective fatigue and objective between morning shift and afternoon shift in PHIA DEVA Sleman Yogyakarta. In this case use 30 items of Rating Scale questionnaire to find out the level of subjective fatigue include weakening activity, motivation and physical, and methods of Bourdon Wiersma Test to find out the level of objective fatigue from employees covering speed, accuracy and constancy jobs. Analisys conducted in shifts morning and shift afternoon based on the rate of fatigue employees covering pra test of normality and test different using program spss 16 for windows. Based on research, is obtained the result of the rate of fatigue subjective in shift morning with the classification the rate of fatigue is moderate (score 54) and in shift afternoon with classification the rate of fatigue is high (score 77,5). Then the level of fatigue that the objective of this research on earned shift has a pretty good rate of speed (10.6% u201D WS12, Value 8), the level of precision is sufficient (precision 4, 7.5, WS 11 Value), and the level of constancy is good (1.8% u201D, value 9, WS 2) and on the afternoon shift has hesitation speed level (14.7% u201D value 5.5 WS 8), the level of precision is sufficient (6.5 rating 8.8 precision WS 10), and the level of constancy is quite good (3.1% u201D value 8 WS 12)
